What we collect

If you contact us through the form on this site, we collect your name, your contact details, and whatever you choose to tell us about what you need. If you email or call us directly, we hold whatever you send us. That is the only personal information this site collects.

We also count visits to this site so we know which pages are useful. Those counts are anonymous and aggregated: no cookies, no tracking across other websites, and nothing that identifies you personally.

Why we hold it

Solely to respond to your enquiry, quote for the work, and carry it out if you go ahead. We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to a marketing list without asking first.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become business are deleted after 24 months. Records relating to completed work are kept as long as ordinary business and tax record-keeping requires.

Who else sees it

Enquiries sent through this website pass through our form provider and our email provider on the way to us. We do not share your details with anyone else except where we are legally required to.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us at shilohenterprisesbusiness@gmail.com and we will respond promptly. Deleting your details ends any open enquiry, but the choice is yours.
